We offer sandwiches baguette viennoise, baguette de campagne, baguette made of integral flour and also ciabatta. Our fillings include ham, cheese, chicken, tomato/lettuce as well as tasty vegetarian ingredients.

Our pastry Chef highlights the french flavors, from which we find the lemon pie with italian meringue, the strawberry pie with Triple Sec (an orange-flavoured liqueur made from the dried peels of bitter and sweet orange), the carot cake, the tiramisu and the more classical vanilla and coconut flan.
Cuisine
Our cookers prepare french and peruvian dishes; quiche Lorraine (a delicious ham and cheese pie with cream), quiche with vegetables (creamy and tasty), gratin dauphinois (gratin style potatoes)... and among the local dishes, we will find the souffle de rocoto, the famous empanadas with various fillings and the trout ceviche.
